Objetivos:

TSHOOT é o novo curso que substituirá o ISCW e o ONT como parte das mudanças do programa Cisco CCNP®. O propósito do curso TSHOOT é fornecer aos alunos experiência prática para manter e diagnosticar problemas em ambientes de rede complexos de forma eficaz e rápida. O aluno aprenderá a fazer troubleshoot de uma determinada tecnologia e entenderá a metodologia de troubleshooting a ser aplicada em cada situação.

Planejar e documentar as operações de manutenção de uma rede complexa. Desenvolver uma metodologia de troubleshooting de forma a identificar e resolver problemas rapidamente.Selecionar as ferramentas mais adequadas para realizar troubleshooting e manutenção da rede.Entender os procedimentos de manutenção e de resolução de falhas da rede com switches e roteadores.Entender os procedimentos de manutenção e de resolução de falhas da rede numa infraestrutura segura.Diagnosticar problemas em redes convergentes.
